Escrow Disbursement Specialist – America Safe Title

America Safe Title is a fast-growing refinance title company based in Livonia, MI. We close and fund transactions for lenders across the country and we run a tight, high-performing operation. We're growing and we need people who take pride in getting numbers right.
The Role
You'll be responsible for disbursing funds after closing — processing outgoing wires, reconciling the CD, and making sure every dollar goes to the right place. This is a numbers-first, detail-obsessed role. One mistake on a wire is not acceptable, and we need someone who already knows that.
What You'll Do
- Confirm lender wire receipt before releasing any disbursements
- Process outgoing wires and ACH payments per the approved Closing Disclosure
- Track and log all disbursements in Qualia
- Reconcile escrow trust account activity
- Coordinate with post-closing on recording fees and final costs
- Flag any funding issues immediately
What We're Looking For
- 1 years processing disbursements or wires at a title or escrow company
- Solid understanding of the Closing Disclosure
- Qualia experience strongly preferred
- Extremely detail-oriented and reliable
- Able to move fast without making mistakes
Compensation & Benefits
$18–$24/hour based on experience | Biweekly pay | Medical, dental & vision after 90 days | PTO paid holidays
