You are the ideal candidate for the Pool Service Technician position if you

- Can lift and carry up to 100 lb
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing pool equipment. This includes
- Working on pool pumps, heaters, filters, timers, cleaners, blowers, lights, automation systems, chlorinators, backwash valves, PVC plumbing, copper plumbing, and galvanized plumbing, and any other relevant pool equipment
- Working with 110-volt and 220-volt electrical equipment
- Identifying opportunities outside of the repair call, such as upgrading other equipment or adding to the customer experience with other products
- Interacting with our job-management app throughout the day by following a checklist, and taking before, during, and after pictures of repairs and installations
- Providing excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally verbally and in writing and setting realistic expectations for project timelines and costs
