Pool Maintenance Technician
ASP – America’s Swimming Pool Company is hiring a full-time Pool Maintenance Technician.

Pay & Training
- Paid training: $17/hour, 40 hrs/week for 2 weeks (classroom hands-on)
- After training (first 30–60 days): $17.50 per pool; guaranteed minimum 50 pools/week ($875/week)
- Progression plan to advance to Master-level certification and top pay
Schedule & Perks
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Company vehicle provided

What You’ll Do
- Clean and maintain residential pools so they’re safe and swim-ready
- Test and balance water chemistry; skim, brush, vacuum, empty baskets
- Inspect equipment, report issues, and deliver great customer service
- Use our mobile platform to manage routes and service visits
