We continue to grow and are seeking a solution-oriented and customer-focused Equipment Repair Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for diagnosing issues with the swimming pool equipment and providing solutions to each and every customer they are assigned. This includes following our proven process for diagnosing issues, successfully communicating alternative solutions to the customer, completing the solution in an efficient manner and following all established protocols and sharing lessons learned with the rest of our team.
The ideal person for this position will love to work outdoors. They will be a self- starter who has the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and guidance. They will handle all matters with integrity and embrace the concept and requirements of delivering "resort-quality service".
Responsibilities:
Success in this position will be determined by the following measurable results:

Renovation Execution: Lead and perform pool renovations, including liner changes, equipment upgrades, plumbing modifications, and structural repairs.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.

Project Management: Coordinate with project managers to schedule tasks, order materials, and ensure timely completion of projects.

Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to ensure all work meets company standards and complies with local codes.
New construction experience prefered but not required
Requirements:
Requirements for this position are that you have:
(1) a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record;
(2) the ability to lift up to 100 lbs; and
(3) Minimum of 3years of pool renovation experience
