We are hiring a Full-time Sales Associate.
Come join our team at our America’s Smoke location in Watertown! We are located at 311 9th Ave SE Watertown, SD 57201.
We are seeking a highly motivated and extremely detail oriented individual to become a leading Sales Associates with our family owned and operated company.
Qualified individuals must be of legal age to purchase adult products, and available to work daytime, evenings and weekends on a two week rotating schedule.
Strong knowledge of Premium Hand-Rolled Cigars, Tobacco, CBD, and other cannabinoids is preferred.

Ability to work 12 hours per day is required. Our preferred working schedule will be discussed further during the interview process, or reach out to us with questions pertaining to this preferred schedule. The preferred schedule is as follows:
Week 1 - Three 12 hour shifts. Week 2 - Three 12 hour shifts and One 8 hour shift. This averages to 80 hours per two week pay period. Then repeats this two week schedule.
For example:
Week 1 you would work; Monday and Tuesday 9am-9pm, Saturday 9am-9pm, Sunday 10am-6pm
Week 2 you would work; Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9am-9pm
Then repeat week 1 and 2.
Must be dependable and have excellent attendance!
Our business hours are:
Monday through Saturday - 9:00am - 9:00pm
Sunday 10:00am - 6:00pm
We will train.
Job roles include, but not limited to:
- Assisting customers on their specific needs from answering questions, all the way through the close of the sale.
- Operating a point-of-sale system. Handling and accurate counting of cash.
- Keeping the showroom spotless clean and all back areas in clean and tidy order.
- Continued education on our vast selection of products. This ensures accurate information being given to our customer base.
- Receiving in inventory and placing in showroom.
- Assisting the owners on customer product requests and communicating needed products to order.
- Ability to be flexible with other employees in the event of illness or unexpected circumstances, along with the possibility to travel and work in other locations.
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
