- Assists GM in achieving restaurant's staffing and development goals
- Assists GM in monitoring/ improving employee morale
- Personally coaches staff
- Supports training of employees
- Ensures safety is everyone's top priority
- Ensures compliance with all applicable laws
- Ensures compliance with all company policies
- Assists GM in achieving sales and profits to plan
- Displays urgency in correcting daily financial control deficiencies
- Delivers/ improves delivery of operational standards.
- Ensure execution of excellent customer service
- Execute shift deployment as the MIC
- Assist GM to ensure all food safety and brand standards are executed
- Open or close restaurant as required
- Ensure that safety is a priority for all employees. Act in a safe manner and do not put self or others at risk. Safety is everyone's responsibility.
