Pharmacy Technician – Full-Time or Part-Time

We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our strong, growing team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, bilingual, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and fill prescriptions accurately.
- Pull stock, count, restock, package, label, and price prescriptions.
- Provide exceptional customer service—greet customers, answer phones courteously, and maintain a clean pharmacy environment.
- Assist customers with OTC products and other pharmacy services.
- Check for and remove out-of-date products as directed by the pharmacist.
- Order, receive, rotate, and store products to maintain quality control.
- Reconcile daily merchandise orders.
- Maintain confidentiality in compliance with federal HIPAA regulations.
- Ensure accurate labeling, signage, and pricing for products.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from safety hazards; report issues as needed.
- Perform price checks and operate the POS and credit card terminal.
- Assist with interior/exterior maintenance to keep the pharmacy stocked and orderly.
- Earn and maintain Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician certification.
- Follow all company policies and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform additional pharmacy-related tasks as assigned by the pharmacist.
Customer Service–Related Duties (Under Pharmacist Supervision)
- Initiate calls to doctor’s offices and patients regarding prescriptions.
- Assist with inquiries from patients and providers via telephone.
- Enter prescription data and charge orders; must learn our pharmacy system and understand medication selection, units, quantities—including compounds.
- Work cooperatively in a team environment and assist other staff as needed.
- Complete any other duties assigned by the pharmacist or supervisor.
Requirements
- Active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician License (Required)
- Bilingual: Spanish or Portuguese (Read, Write, and Speak – Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Full-Time: Monday–Friday (7.5-hour shifts), in-person
- Part-Time: Variable schedule, in-person
Compensation
- $16–$20 per hour (based on experience)
