Position Overview
We’re seeking a General Manager for our Cordova, TN location. In this high-energy, hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee Food Service, Customer Service, and the Game Room, managing a team of up to 130 employees during peak season.
This is not a desk job—you’ll be actively engaged with employees, guests, and vendors, fostering a fun, dynamic, and team-oriented atmosphere while ensuring smooth operations and an Incredible guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee three major departments: Food Service, Customer Service, and Game Room
- Create and maintain a fun, team-oriented culture while delivering operational excellence
- Engage daily with employees, guests, and vendors to provide an exceptional experience
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and team development
- Implement planning, delegation, and coaching strategies to drive success
- Ensure compliance with IPC’s high performance standards
- Report directly to the Senior VP of Operations
Requirements
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on approach to leadership (not a desk job!)
- Availability for weekends and evenings
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 50 hours per week
