America’s Home Health Services (AHHS) is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Home Health Marketer to grow our presence throughout the Central PA territory. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on building connections, developing referral partnerships, and promoting high-quality home health services within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations
- Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups with referral partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expand AHHS’s footprint in the Central PA market
- Educate potential clients and partners about AHHS services and value
- Track referral activity, maintain accurate records, and meet growth targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Represent AHHS at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach initiatives
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing, home health, or medical sales a MUST HAVE
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goals
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Pittsburgh area
- Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
