Call Center Representative / Appointment Setter

America’s Finest Design is a growing roofing company looking for a dependable and motivated person to join our team in Shepherdsville, KY.
This is a full-time, in-office position. Your main responsibility will be making outbound calls to homeowners and scheduling free roof inspections for our sales team. You will also help with light office duties as needed.
Noroofing experience is necessary — we will train you. BUT SALES OVER PHONE experience is required.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls using our company dialer
- Offer homeowners a free roof inspection
- Schedule appointments for our sales representatives
- Keep basic notes and customer information updated
- Help with light office duties
- Work with our office and sales team to meet weekly goals
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone
- Sales, call center, telemarketing, or customer service experience is a plus
- Dependable and serious about coming to work consistently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation
- Able to work full-time in our Shepherdsville office
Pay & Growth
Starting pay: $16.00/hour
for hiring permanently
there is a 30 day introductory/probationary period.
We are a newer, growing company, so there is plenty of opportunity to grow with us, earn increased pay, take on additional responsibilities, and move into higher-level positions as the company expands.
