What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vietnamese Language and Culture Program Instructor position at America's Finest Charter School?
America's Finest Charter School is seeking candidates for the position of Vietnamese Language and Culture Program Instructor for our TK-6 campus. Our program offers students a challenging academic curriculum along with cultural and language education. Teaching Vietnamese, cultural dance and/or Vietnamese cultural art to students. Candidates must be energetic enthusiastic, creative individuals who communicate well with parents, staff and teachers.
Applicants should be fluent in Vietnamese reading, writing, and speaking. Have an understanding of culture and history of Vietnamese-speaking people and countries. Will involve parents and community members in student learning. An advanced degree in education and a valid California teaching credential, and experience teaching in an elementary school setting are preferred.
