Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits, providing detailed information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, following up with leads through outbound sales techniques including cold calling and email outreach.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase overall sales volume.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using retail math principles.
- Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate the completion of sales paperwork.
- Contact and follow up with leads on the daily basis
- Generate personal leads by uploading to Facebook marketplace to increase sales
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette for effective customer interactions.
- Ability to engage in cold calling and outbound sales strategies to generate leads.
- Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline and utilizing effective follow-up techniques.
- Knowledge of retail math to accurately calculate payments, discounts, and financing options.
- A customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping clients find the right vehicle for their needs.
