Summary
America's Car-Mart is in search for a dynamic, self-motivated automotive sales associate with previous experience in retail sales and skills in customer service. This candidate will use creativity, presentation, and customer service skills to create a positive sales experience for our customers. Earning potential for this role ranges between $40,000 to $47,000 annually (hourly commission). A five day work week will be assigned but you must be available to work any time Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Split days off. Join our friendly team! Duties and Responsibilities
- Greets customers upon sight and assists the customer in the selection of a quality vehicle
- Takes customers on test drives
- Introduces every customer to the General Manager or Assistant Manager
- Inspects automobiles every day and reports problems to the management team
- Explains current promotion to customers
- Completes and explains the Sales quote and application paperwork
- Daily prospecting for sales leads
- Maintains lot merchandising and vehicle presentation materials
