Service Writer

• Interact with customers service needs in person and via phone to listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely responses.
• Schedule service appointments and tows as needed.
• Schedule appointments, take orders, provide estimates, monitor service progress and provide updates to customers.
• Review customer accounts and connect customers to mechanics as well as order parts.
• Manage complaints, returns, and resolve customer grievances.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager.
• Daily attendance, following company policies and procedures are essential in the success of this position.
