What You’ll Do:
- Crank out quality work fast – we need someone who can move with urgency and precision
- Perform part replacements and general repairs – brakes, suspensions, alternators, radiators, etc.
- Conduct thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) – spot what’s needed and communicate it clearly
- Work efficiently without cutting corners – quality and speed go hand-in-hand here
- Be a team player – keep the flow going and help us say YES to more customers
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of hands-on experience in general automotive repair
- You don’t need to be an A-level diagnostician—just fast, dependable, and skilled
- A strong work ethic and a mindset to run after the work, not wait for it
- Familiarity with DVIs and shop workflow (we’ll train on our systems)
- ASE certifications a plus, but not required
