Retail Associate
America's Antique Mall is hiring energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Associates to join our Louisville team. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

The Retail Associate assists shoppers and vendors, operates the register, and helps maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in an active retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional service to shoppers and vendors
- Greet shoppers and assist with questions
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions accurately
- Follow cash-handling and register procedures
- Assist with vendor questions and refer concerns to management when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming store
- Keep checkout and common areas orderly
- Communicate important information to store leadership
- Work cooperatively with other team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail, cashier, or customer-service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Dependable, professional, and able to work as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Comfortable handling cash and processing transactions accurately
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and certain holidays
- Ability to remain active for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
