Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will oversee estimating, project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all aspects adhere to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications. Duties

• Lead the estimating, planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget goals
• Coordinate project schedules to optimize timelines and resource allocation
• Manage project teams including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality outcomes
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
• Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to facilitate accurate implementation
• Monitor project costs through detailed cost management practices
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to regulatory compliance standards and contractual obligations

Skills

• Extensive experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Planswift, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing products and installations such as TPO, foam and coatings, metal roofing, and other roof systems
• Proven ability in construction estimating, project scheduling, and budget management within commercial or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Skilled in blueprint reading, contract administration, and construction plans review
• Demonstrated success managing teams in a construction management role with excellent time management skills
• Deep understanding of construction site operations including site safety procedures and quality control measures
• Exceptional project leadership capabilities with a focus on communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement
