What You'll Do (Besides Being Awesome):
- Work alongside individuals with mental or developmental disabilities, supporting them in living full, meaningful, empowered lives.
- Create thoughtful behavior plans that help our clients reach their personal goals (yes, you get to be part coach, part cheerleader).
- Teach self-care skills, from brushing teeth to mastering life's small victories—you'll be surprised how rewarding the "little things" can be.
- Assist with daily personal tasks like meals, hygiene, and routines.
- Serve as a safe and reliable chauffeur, driving clients to and from appointments, adventures, and important destinations.
- Maintain a healthy and safe environment, because good vibes and safety checklists can absolutely coexist.
