Regional Driver - South

Job Description:
Regional driver needed in the South region.

• Line haul is $.50 CPM
• Accessorial = $.03-$.04 CPM weekly (primarily stop pay)
• $.04 CPM is performance bonus.

2600-2800 miles per week
rider and pet policy in place
Paid orientation

Job Requirements:
TRAINEES

• MUST possess a CDL and have completion of at least 120 hour school in the past 6 months with NO carrier between school and applying.

CRITERIA FOR BRINGING ON TRAINEES

• Good safety record – no preventable accidents or moving violations in a lifetime

• Good work record – no long term unemployment and no job hoppers. As a rule, we will work with any student who has 6 or less jobs in last 3 years

• NO Criminal history or drug or alcohol violations in a lifetime

• Not currently under contract to any carrier

EXPERIENCED

• 1 year OTR experience in the last 3 years

• 6 months experience in the last year is acceptable, but must include completion of a student training program either at any carrier having a known, structured, driving program of at least 120 hours or a certified truck driving school. Requires Certificate of completion OR Contract if subsidized by other carrier.
