Key Responsibilities
- Source and order parts for vehicle reconditioning across multiple locations
- Research and compare vendors to find the best pricing and availability
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to meet reconditioning deadlines
- Maintain accurate inventory records and cost tracking
- Collaborate with service teams to align parts availability with workflow
- Analyze purchasing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
What You Bring
- Experience in parts coordination, procurement, or vendor research (automotive or fleet preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, inventory software, and online sourcing tools
- A proactive mindset and a passion for problem-solving
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $18–$22/hour, depending on experience
