About the Role:
AMERIBOX PACKAGING LLC is looking for a skilled Corrugator Operator to join our team in Calhoun, GA! This is a hands-on opportunity to play a critical role in our production process, operating state-of-the-art corrugating equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor corrugator machinery to produce corrugated board and packaging materials
- Perform routine equipment inspections, adjustments, and basic preventive maintenance
- Monitor production runs to ensure quality standards and minimize waste
- Read and interpret job orders, production schedules, and specifications
- Adjust machine settings including speed, pressure, and temperature to meet product requirements
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with production team members and supervisors to meet daily output goals
Requirements:
- Prior experience operating a corrugator or similar industrial packaging machinery preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to read and follow job orders, production specs, and work instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with physical demands
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high production quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards
- Bilingual Spanish/English Preferred.
