Logistics Manager
Ameri-Source Specialty Products located in the Bethel Park Industrial Park has an opening for a Full Time Hourly Logistics Coordinator who can help establish & enhance the productivity of our organization.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Maintains and ensures shipping & receiving schedules for both domestic & international shipping coordinates the activities of various departments to deliver the efficient movement of material
· Provides general administrative support when necessary.
· Ensures compliance with applicable DOT regulations for fleet vehicles
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
· Must have 2 years of related domestic logistics experience
· International shipping experience with an understanding of customs, duties, and importing regulations and documentation preferred
· Must have experience ordering various types of LTL and FTL trucks for incoming and outgoing domestic shipments
· Must have experience shipping via FedEx and UPS
· Working knowledge of Excel
· Strong mathematical, calculation & problem-solving skills
· Ability to be a self-starter & manage priorities & workflow & handle varied responsibilities
· Excellent organizational, verbal & written communication skills
· Commitment to excellence
