Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Home Health Aide to join our team in Miami, FL, Zip Code 33179 in an on-site role. Responsibilities include assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. The Home Health Aide will also provide personal care, support patients’ overall well-being, and foster clear communication with both clients and caregivers. The position requires an ability to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a professional and attentive manner.
Qualifications
- Experience in Home Care and Patient Care to assist clients in maintaining comfort and well-being
- Ability to aid with Activities of Daily Living and Personal Care tasks
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and teammates
- Commitment to professionalism, empathy, and providing exceptional care
- Current state certification as a Home Health Aide or equivalent credentials
- Previous experience in home healthcare or caregiving is preferred
