Job Overview:
This is a part-time, temporary position with an anticipated assignment duration of 30 to 60 days. The schedule and hours may vary based on business needs. This assignment may be extended or converted to a regular position at the Company’s discretion, based on performance and business needs. Nothing in this assignment should be construed as a guarantee of continued employment.
Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, the Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and overall organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position combines administrative, operational, and customer service responsibilities, requiring exceptional discretion, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Key duties include monitoring and maintaining office supply inventory, answering incoming calls, and managing both electronic and paper records. By providing reliable support and fostering efficient workflows, the Office Administrator contributes directly to the company’s success.

- Processes and prepares time sensitive documents, such as business, regulatory or government reporting and permitting items.
- Assist Operations and Human Resources by maintaining equipment and personnel manifests as necessary in support of business operations/special projects and regulatory, tax and DMV reporting.
- Assists withoffice supplies stock, ordering, and organization.
- Assist in planning and organizingcompany events, meetings, conferences,as well as travel arrangements.
- Organize, store and maintain company records and files (both paper and digital).
- Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Key point of contact / “go to” person when “something” just needs togetdone.
- Assist owners that may include schedulingappointments,running errands.
- Assist owners,including,scheduling appointments and running errands.
- Ensure timely processing of data to meet deadlines and organizational needs as requested.
- Provide a proactive and caring demeanor, fostering a positive work environment for all employees.
- Occasionally support other executives with administrative tasks.

- *Spanish speaking is a plus but not necessary
- *Experience with scheduling and administrative functions is a plus.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;Associate or Bachelor’sdegree in a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Resourcefulness and ability to quickly learn new processes and systems.
- Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required skills and knowledge for successful performance.
