About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Adaptive Special EducationP.E Teacher to provide physical education services for students withspecial needs across K–12 grade levels . This temporary position coversan FMLA leave and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on studenthealth and wellness.

Caseload Details

• 80 students district-wide
• Responsible for goal setting and progress reports

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver adaptive physical education instruction tailored to individual student needs
• Develop and monitor IEP goals related to physical education
• Collaborate with school teams to ensure compliance and student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona Department of Education (ADE) Certification with appropriate endorsement
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience in adaptive physical education and special education preferred
