Amergis is currentlyseeking experienced OR RNs for LOCAL assignments in Bridgeport, CT!

Position Details:

Contract Length: 13 wks

Number of Openings: 2

Start Date: 11/17

Hours/Shifts/Schedules: 40 hrs/wk, 6:30am-5pm ; 1pm-11:30pm

*Every otherweekend, every other holiday

Call: 6 weekdays and 6 weekends calls in 6 week work schedule

Setting/Day to day

• Level I Trauma Center
• EMR: EPIC

Requirements

• 3 yr of relevant experience REQUIRED
• EPIC, Surgicount and TECSYS experience required
• Experience in general, robotics, urology, ENT, neuro, plastics, ortho and GYN
• BLS, ACLS, REQUIRED
• CT RN License in hand

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Operating Room Nurse responsible for scrubbing and/or circulating duties for operative procedures; department admissions to the operative suite. He/She is responsible to the Nurse Manager and is directly supervised by the RN in the operating rooms to which he/she is assigned. Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state in which he/she practices
• Documentation and confirmation of one year of operating room clinical experience in an acute care hospital within the last three years preferred
• Current BLS card.
• Current Health Certificate (if applicable)
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
