TITLE: Technical Lead – Quality Assurance

LOCATION: 7223 Lee Deforest Drive, Columbia, MD 21046 Full-time telework permitted.
DUTIES: Lead QA efforts and oversee estimation, prioritization and coordination of test activities across multiple projects. Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Microsoft Playwright. Manage manual and automated test workflows in Azure DevOps. Perform database, API, and functional testing to ensure quality. Collaborate on strategic testing initiatives and drive process improvements. Track QA metrics and document bug reports and recommendations. Support platform upgrades and SQL server updates. Manage QA resources, conduct reviews, and set goals to improve performance.
REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technoloogy, or related field and 6 years of experience in a Quality Assurance environment. In the alternative, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 8 years of experience in a Quality Assurance environment. Must have prior experience with: Designing, planning and executing test cases; Test Automation framework including Cypress, Selenium or Playwright; Test Management Systems using Azure DevOps or Zephyr; Project Management tool: Azure DevOps or Jira; Programming languages including .Net, C#, Javascript or Typescript; Database operations including MySQL and SQLServer; Using Agile and Scrum Methodology to run QA processes; CI/CD pipeline tools (Jenkins, Gitlab or Azure Devops); API testing (Postman or REST Assured); Performance testing (JMeter or LoadRunner); Cloud Platform Testing, including Azure or AWS.
