Position Highlights
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
- 37.5 hours per week
- 2026-2027 school year assignment

- Provide specialized instruction to students with exceptional learning needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver small-group and individualized instruction based on student goals and abilities
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
- Track student progress and maintain required documentation
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Valid North Carolina Exceptional Children's Teaching License required
- EC General Curriculum License required
- Minimum of one year of teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting student growth and success
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Elementary school experience
- Experience supporting students with diverse academic and behavioral needs
