Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations in accordance with state and professional guidelines
- Provide individualized therapy services based on established plans of care
- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members involved in each individual’s care
- Participate in meetings related to service planning and progress
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; may be required depending on contract
- Compliance with all professional standards of practice
- Current CPR certification, if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if applicable
- Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Up to $85 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
