Behavior Technician – Make a Daily Impact
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll play a meaningful role in supporting children and adults with special needs in school settings. What You’ll Do
- Support students in reaching their academic, social, and behavioral goals
- Implement behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of school and clinical teams
- Build positive, trusting relationships with students and staff
- Help create a safe, structured, and encouraging learning environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred (school, childcare, ABA, or similar)
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
