Position: RN - MDS/SNF Trainer (Updated Higher Travel Package)
Pay: $65/hr for Local Candidates
$750 completion bonus after 13 weeks!
Total Travel Package: $2,506/week
*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package*

- Taxable Wages = $1,246.00/week
- Weekly Housing Allowance = $770/week
- Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $476/week
Location: Canton, IL
Contract: Local or Travel
Schedule
- 3 12s or 4 9s available! Flexible Scheduling
- 36 hours/week
- No Weekends unless requested
- 5-10 years working in a Skilled Nursing Facility strongly preferred
- Direct Experience as a MDS Coordinator also strongly preferred
- If candidate doesn't have the above, MUST be knowledgeable with the PDPM Payment Model and have some experience utilizing it.
- IL Permanent RN License
- Competent in skills such as NGs, IVs, chest tubes, etc.
- Role would involve teaching nurses MDS Coordinator duties in a SNF environment*
