About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
- Provide therapy services and document progress accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Current state license as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable).
- Strong communication and clinical skills.
