Position Highlights
- Pay: $24–$27/hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00AM – 3:30PM
- Location: School sites throughout Los Angeles County
- Support students with behavioral and developmental needs directly in the classroom
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency, compassion, and professionalism
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists to create cohesive support systems
- Help build structured, inclusive learning environments that promote confidence and independence
- Encourage positive behaviors and foster social–emotional growth
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or related roles
- RBT certification is a plus (not required)
- Must be 18 and meet all employment requirements
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping students thrive
