Position Details
- Location: Boston, MA (Note: No parking available on site)
- Setting: Health Center
- Start Date: 3/9
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $25/hour (certified) & $23/hour (not certified)
- Provide top-tier customer service and professionalism
- Work with adult patient population only
- No weekend or holiday shifts
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a medical setting required
- Appointment scheduling
- Phone triage
- Patient registration
- Referral coordination
- Fax management
- Phlebotomy
- Immunization administration
- Point-of-care testing (POCT)
- Vital signs assessment and documentation
- Experience with Epic EMR required
