What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN Clinic position at Amergis Healthcare Staffing?
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LicensedPractical/Vocational Nurse – Clinic Site works in a remote clinic location toserve a specific population's nursing needs. The nurse demonstrates ability tomake clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision.The nurse demonstrates critical thinking and performance ability in the coordinationof patient care. Consistently performs according to nursing standards and isaccountable in providing safe, quality patient care.

Minimum Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse License
- One year experience as an LPN/LVN preferred
- One year experience in a clinic setting preferred
- Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
