Amergis Staffing is currently seeking highly skilled Registered Nurses (RN) for Home Health Assignments in Sylva, NC.
Position Details:
- Position: Home Health RN
- Openings: 1 openings
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a-4:30p plus on-call as scheduled
- Locations: Sylva, NC
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: 8/31
Requirements
Minimum Experience and Certification Required:- Must have qualifications/experience: OASIS, NC RN License (or compact)

The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible for providing and documenting skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance with the physician-ordered individualized patient care plan. This care is provided mostly in the patient’s home or a residential setting but can transfer outside the home during appointments and other activities the nurse may accompany the patient to.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the RN will practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
