Position Overview
- Location: Bartow, FL
- Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time roles available
- Start Dates: Immediate openings 2026–2027 school year
- Setting: Elementary, Middle, and High School
- Pay: $45/hr
- Employment: W-2 with weekly pay
- Benefits: Full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k)
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- Florida ESE Certification or Statement of Eligibility
- Previous ESE teaching experience preferred
- Ability to support diverse learners and implement IEP goals
- Current CPR, TB Test/PPD, and Health Certificate (as applicable)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local compliance requirements
- Successful completion of Amergis onboarding and competency process
- Understanding of IDEA, confidentiality laws, and required documentation
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Computer proficiency
- Must be 18 years or older
