The Tutor plays a vital role in supporting students as they work toward achieving their academic goals. This position provides positive, skills-based academic assistance and direct tutoring services. Tutors help strengthen study habits, reinforce understanding of key concepts, and promote the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Tutoring may be delivered individually or in groups, either virtually or in person.

Minimum Requirements
- REQUIRED: Must have 48 college units OR pass NCLB test
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferred
- Special Education experience or credential, preferred
- Current CPR certification, if applicable
- Completed TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest X-ray, if applicable
- Current Health Certificate (per contract or state requirements)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local compliance requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
