Role Overview
Work as a Residential Behavior Tech in a home setting supporting adults with IDD who may display a range of behaviors.

Position: DSP / Residential Aide
Pay: $28/hour

Location:
Ramona, CA
(First 2 weeks of in-person training in Ramona or La Mesa)

Responsibilities
Supervision and direct care
ADL support (hygiene, meals, meds)
Behavioral and therapeutic support
Documentation and care plan follow-through

Requirements
At least 6 months of IDD experience
Must attend a mandatory 2-week orientation
(Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, no days missed)
Able to manage challenging behaviors
Strong communication skills
