Direct Support Professional (DSP I) - Adolescent Behavioral Health

Location: Jackson Springs, NC
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Contract Length: Per Diem

We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adolescents in a residential behavioral health setting. This role is ideal for compassionate, dependable individuals who are passionate about helping youth develop life skills, maintain daily routines, and thrive in a structured environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and supervision to adolescent residents.
  • Assist with activities of daily living and adaptive skill development.
  • Support positive behaviors and interpersonal growth.
  • Follow each resident's Individual Service Plan (ISP).
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment.
  • Complete required documentation and charting.
  • Accurately track time using the facility's timekeeping systems.
Schedule
  • 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
  • 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Preferably seeking candidates available for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Additional hours may be available.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
