Direct Support Professional (DSP) | $25 per hour | Santa Rosa, CA | Flexible AM / PM / NOC Shifts
We’re seeking reliable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for a contracted opportunity in Santa Rosa, CA.
Position Highlights
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Setting: Residential Group Homes
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule:40 hours per week
Shifts Available:
- AM: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- PM: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- NOC: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Role Focus
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Supervise and support individuals in a residential setting
- Provide active programming and engagement throughout shifts
- Follow and document individualized care plans
- Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
- Report any concerns in accordance with mandated reporter guidelines
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- DSP 1 and DSP 2 Certifications - Required
- DSP or related caregiving/behavioral health experience - Required
- CNA certification - Preferred
- Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
- Reliable, flexible, and able to pick up shifts as needed
Additional Requirements
- Must meet all federal, state, and facility requirements
- Understanding of patient/resident confidentiality and HIPAA standards
- Must be at least 18 years of age
