About The Role
We are seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team. In this role, you will conduct student evaluations, provide therapy services, and document progress in accordance with individualized plans of care and physician orders.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive student evaluations
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students (Pre-K through 8th grade)
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (may be required by state/contract)
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)
- Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all professional standards of practice
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Grade Level: Pre-K – 8th
- Caseload: 40–60 students
- Language Requirement: Bilingual (Spanish)
- Start/End Time: TBD (confirmed 37.5 hrs/week)
- Pay: Negotiable starting at $80/hr
- Bonus: Performance bonus possible
