Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized behavioral and educational services in school and community settings
- Support clients with autism and other developmental needs using evidence-based strategies
- Monitor progress and contribute to treatment planning and goal refinement
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and clinical teams to ensure consistent care
- Promote independence, emotional regulation, and positive behavior
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- At least 2 years of experience working with pediatric populations (preferred)
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
- Completion of TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local compliance requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Meaningful one-on-one work with children and adults
