We are seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Bremerton, Washington.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing student evaluations
- Providing and documenting therapy services
- Developing and implementing plans of care
Requirements
- Active SLP licensure in the state of assignment
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Current CPR certification
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray
- Current Health certificate
