Special Education Paraprofessional - Avon, Hartford, and Hebron, CT

Job duties includes 1:1 support with special education student, ages are between 5 to 15 years old based on location Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-3:00 PM | Full school year with scheduled breaks These positions offer a contract-to-hire pathway with the opportunity to transition to a permanent internal employee. The contract period serves as an opportunity for both the employee and school to ensure a strong long-term fit. The school operates year-round, providing consistent, guaranteed hours throughout the summer months.
