The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives. Behavior Technicians will rotate through the SSN department, supporting small groups and one-on-one sessions throughout the week. Candidates must be wellversed in behavioral support, preferably with previous experience. This is a highneeds role, and candidates must be comfortable working with behaviors that may include biting, kicking, screaming, and elopement.
Strong deescalation skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are essential.This contract is located in Parker, CO and will last the rest of the 25/26 school year. The contract pays $21 / Hour, 5 days a week and 37.5 hrs/ week. Shift: Monday - FridayGrade: Middle or High School
