Position Summary:
Coordinator's hold a tremendous amount of responsibility in the success of Amerestore Restoration as a company. This position will be expected to be hard-working, dedicated, on-time every day, and the ability to take direction, listen and learn. Attention to Detail is a must. The office administration will present themselves in a professional manner, including but not limited to dress code, hygiene, attitude, commitment, timeliness, and positive. Reports to: Office Manager
Essential Roles & Responsibilities:
· File Management
o Review each file in the job management tool to ensure all field personnel are working through the compliance tasks before they are delinquent.
o Update each branch manager if field personnel is falling behind with tasks.
o Review the file management process to ensure office administration understands the process.
o Keep the schedule board up to date.
· Job Documentation
o Ability to work with field personnel to ensure all field documentation is uploaded to the job management tool so billing can proceed.
o Understand and perform 1 on 1 training with field personnel on job documents if necessary.
· Estimates, Invoicing and Collecting:
o Responsible for collecting the payments from the insurance company and/or the client.
o Responsible for following up on Estimates and closing the job.
o Follows assigned KPI’s to ensure that work is being done timely/correctly/professionally.
· Technology
o Responsible for understanding and using the following technology platforms:
o Job Management Tool (Dash)
o QuickBooks Time
o Encircle if applicable.
o Billing Platform (Xactimate)
o Google Sheets
Communication and Transparency
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure that company values and cultural initiatives are effectively communicated across the administration team and team members.
- Act as a liaison between employees and leadership to address any concerns and facilitate open communication.
- As your duty as coordinator, you will be on the on-call rotation taking calls from our answering service and dispatching technicians. There is a bonus for every call dispatched.
The company has continued to grow and now offers nationwide service and responds to natural disasters across the country. Since 2004, Amerestore has responded to several natural disasters from New York City all around the coast to Houston Texas
Today we regularly service Central Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky areas with a talented and very well-trained staff ready to respond to any water/fire/smoke losses or mold crisis as well as full Reconstruction Services.
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
