Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable Supervisor based in Kiel, WI. The Accounts Payable Supervisor will oversee and manage the accounts payable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Responsibilities include reviewing financial documents, managing accruals and journal entries, conducting financial analysis, improving department processes, and collaborating with other teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficient Supervisory Skills to lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and identify trends
- In-depth knowledge of Finance, including managing invoices, payments, and status tracking
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
- Associate’s degree, or coursework towards, in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools
- Prior experience in manufacturing or an applicable industry is a plus
