What You'll Need to Be Successful
- Able to read and understand manufacturing orders (MOs), Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and other written work instructions; basic math and computer skills
- Excellent mechanical ability and manual dexterity – ability to use hand tools highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Non-temperature-controlled environment
- Pull, push, lift, move, and adjust products/materials up to 50 lbs.
- Periods of long standing, walking, and consistent lifting
- Work with sharp tools; hearing protection, eye protection, and steel-toed shoes required
- Safety, hygiene, and cleanliness strictly enforced
