Online Banking Specialist Team Lead

Role Summary

As a banking specialist team lead, you will help create energy and excitement around Amerant Bank products. You will provide the right solutions to get products into customers' hands.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform-based transactions.
• Offer education and knowledge of consumer and small business products to existing and new customers.
• Support the achievement of banking center profitability, sales goals.
• Manage lobby activity, operational activities, and meet Compliance/BSA requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in bank sales/service environment or equivalent experience with sales results.
• Basic report writing ability, organizational skills, telephone skills.
• Previous experience with Outlook, Internet and MS Office Skills.

Salary : $70,000 - $120,000
